1. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing this website, requesting resources, or retaining Juniper Access Management LLC ("we", "us", "our") for Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager systems implementation, staff training, or technical support services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Independent Service Provider Status
Juniper Access Management LLC is an independent systems integration, consulting, and educational provider. Devolutions, Remote Desktop Manager, and Devolutions Server are registered trademarks of Devolutions Inc. Juniper Access Management LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Devolutions Inc. All integration procedures and training courses are independently developed by Juniper Access Management LLC.
3. Service Delivery & Statements of Work
All implementation engagements, training sessions, and ongoing support services are executed pursuant to formal, mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) or institutional service level agreements specifying project milestones, deliverables, and fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing necessary network access, directory authorization, and administrative credentials required for implementation tasks. The client must maintain independent, verified backup copies of all critical databases and server configurations before deployment activities commence.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All architectural blueprints, procedural playbooks, resource whitepapers, and training materials created by Juniper Access Management LLC are proprietary intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for internal institutional utilization.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Services are performed in accordance with industry engineering standards. In no event shall Juniper Access Management LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network interruptions or third-party software anomalies outside our direct contractual scope.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with venue exclusively located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
